Andrey Surzhykov, former leader of a Helmholtz Young Investigators Group and Senior Scientist at HI Jena was promoted to full professor (W3) at the Techical University of Braunschweig. Moreover, he became the head of the institute for "Fundamentale Physik in der Metrologie" at the PTB - The National Metrology Institute of Germany. Andrey Surzhykov started his new position in Braunschweig at April 1st, 2016.
